Lindskrog Parkering completes Norwegian acquisition

Lindskrog Långtidsparkering, a portfolio company of Yanno Capital, has completed the acquisition of Sandfærhus Parkering and Sola Parkering — two Norwegian airport parking operators located adjacent to Trondheim Værnes Airport and Stavanger Sola Airport respectively. The acquisitions mark Lindskrog's entry into the Norwegian market and represent a significant step in the group's strategy to build a leading Nordic platform for terminal-adjacent airport parking.
Lindskrog was founded in 1969 and operates one of Sweden's largest long-term parking facilities, with 1,750 spaces directly adjacent to Stockholm Arlanda Airport. With the addition of Sandfærhus Parkering — which offers 2,100 spaces including a multi-storey car park and holds the only private long-term parking concession at TrondheimVærnes — and Sola Parkering, which launched fully automated drop-in parking at Stavanger Sola in 2022, the combined group now operates approximately 5,000 parking spaces across three Scandinavian airports.
“The Norwegian acquisitions are a natural next step for Lindskrog. We have built a strong operation in Stockholm and see significant opportunity in applying the same model to well-positioned airports across geographies.”
Jonas Ryberg, Group CEO, Lindskrog
The group operates under a decentralised model, with local management teams at each site supported by a central Group CEO and Board.
Yanno Capital invested in Lindskrog as part of its strategy to back companies with strong positions in their respective niches and clear potential for buy-and-build growth. The Norwegian acquisitions are consistent with that thesis — adding two well-established operations in attractive airport markets while laying the foundation for further European expansion.
