Yanno acquires 20% of Kustom
The acquisition of the leading PSP in the Nordics Klarna Checkout, now Kustom, has been completed. Yanno becomes a new owner in the transaction.

In June, the buyout of Klarna Checkout from Klarna was announced, where the company was acquired by a group of investors. With the transaction now completed, Yanno Capital also enters as a shareholder in the new company, which will be named Kustom.
With 24,000 e-commerce merchants and an annual transaction volume exceeding SEK 150 billion, Kustom is the leading digital checkout solution in the Nordics. The company is also one of the largest digital checkout solutions in Europe. Kamjar Hajabdolahi is the new CEO of the company.
